Ensure all sales-related activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Maintain and regularly update customer records using the SQL accounting and inventory system.
Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with Halal certification standards.
Process and follow up on customer sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Track and document the entire sales cycle, including customer orders via phone / email, hotel orders, payment tracking, driver reports, credit note issuance, account closing, and proper filing for both Sik Cheong and Sin Cheong.
Manage documentation and filing for industry-related platforms such as MPOB, COSS, and ECOSS.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Provide excellent post-sale service to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Build strong customer relationships through consistent communication and service excellence.
Liaise with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and logistics to coordinate and support sales-related activities.
Serve as backup personnel for conducting laboratory product tests, ensuring adherence to product quality standards when required.
