About the role
We are seeking a skilled Account Admin to join our growing team at KHENG WAH GROUP SDN BHD'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for handling various administrative and accounting tasks to support the smooth operation of our organisation. Based in Klang, Selangor, this position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely and efficient handling of financial transactions
- Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organising files and documents
- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of office policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the wider team to support the overall operations of the business
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or accounting role, preferably in a similar industryStrong proficiency in financial and accounting software, AUTOCOUNTOperate Pos system, MIPOS & ZEONIQ, and payroll system, HRMSExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesMeticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracyEffective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and WordA team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learnWhat we offer
