Senior Administrator, Planning Operations

Key Responsibilities

Master Data Governance : Conduct regular data accuracy checks and collaborate with global teams to ensure data integrity before Purchase Order creation in SAP.

Data Assessment : Generate and analyze reports to verify data, support timely deliveries, and enhance business processes.

Process Improvements : Work cross-functionally to identify and implement data-driven process enhancements.

Service Level Targets : Collaborate effectively within the team to meet or exceed accuracy and on-time execution goals.

Requirements

3–4 years of experience in data management, data analysis, or a related field.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Independent and results driven.

Knowledge in SAP is a bonus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

High attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking skills.
