RESPONSIBILITIES :

In charged of at least 2 mandores (20 workers) and responsible for the management of 200 acres.
Prepare monthly work plan with assistant Manager before 28th of each ,2233
Submission of weekly work plan for approval.

Planning of daily activity the day before :

a. Preparation for Store Issue Note (SIN).

b. Preparation of muster Chit.

Work on the day : a. Perform muster.

b. Check and report on roads, field conditions if any irregularity.

c. Prepare and supervise chemical mixing.

d. Prepare cost book on work done.

Durian Forest Management Program - DFMP (QR Code monitoring)

a. Update database by taking photos and tree growth information of each tree in the supervision area at least once a month.

b. Identify tree with issues.

c. Carry out treatment plan as instructed by manager and agronomist.

Any other duties as assigned by your superior or management to you from time to time.

QUALIFICATION

Possess at least SPM or Diploma

EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED

Able to work under minimum supervision

Willing to work in plantation.

Have License B2, D and E is advantages.

Microsoft office - Excel, Word, Power Point
