Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales Operations to lead and strengthen our nationwide sales support functions, especially as a fast-growing brand in the personal care industry.

This role is critical in driving excellence across promoter management, field force operations, and channel execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal care brand or FMCG, with a deep understanding of managing promoter programs and in-store execution.

Responsibilities

  • Promoter & Field Force Management

Lead the strategy, deployment, and performance management of nationwide promoter teams across all key retail channels.

  • Design and implement KPIs, incentive programs, and performance tracking tools for promoter engagement and sales conversion.
  • Ensure consistency in promoter training, grooming, product knowledge, and selling skills aligned to brand standards.
  • Sales Operations Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and oversee national sales operations plans to support the company’s goals.

  • Align sales support functions including sales planning, forecasting, territory mapping, and resource allocation.
  • Manage go-to-market efficiency and retail coverage, especially across Modern Trade, General Trade, and pharmacy channels.
  • System & Process Optimization
  • Oversee implementation and utilization of sales automation tools and field force tracking platforms.

  • Optimize reporting systems to deliver real-time visibility into sales, promoter performance, and retail execution.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA or professional certification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales operations, field force management, or promoter program management within the personal care or FMCG sector.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing promoter teams, retail execution, and sales systems.
  • Strong preference for candidates from personal care brands.
  • Deep understanding of promoter deployment and performance optimization in retail environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of sales automation tools, promoter tracking systems, and retail data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to translate insights into actionable commercial strategies.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on mindset.
