We support both virtual and in‑person clinical services, ensuring smooth daily operations and swift resolution of any issues.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Executive / Executive, Customer Service (Insurance / TPA) – (Mandarin Speaker) to work in our Contact Centre Customer Service team. This role focuses on providing accurate information on group medical insurance policies and products, while delivering a high‑quality customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment.
