Experienced in Cold Kitchen operations and capable of developing new menu items. Able to prepare Cold Kitchen food samples according to Airline client requirements. Possesses versatile skills to support other Inflight Catering Production teams when needed. Ensures all cooking and food preparation tasks are completed according to schedule. Carries out work in accordance with the specifications agreed upon by Airline clients. Ensures compliance with food safety SOPs. Promotes teamwork and effective collaboration during operations. Adheres to safety SOPs and proper work procedures within the Inflight Catering department. Ensures proper coordination between sections for all work-related matters. Keeps supervisors updated regularly on issues within Inflight Catering and maintains effective communication within the department. What You’ll Get

Education : SPM / O Level / SKM (Level 1–3) or similar. Experience in
