Responsibilities
- Check intercompany balances monthly
- To check on account payables & procurement.
- Assist in preparation of consolidation.
- Submission of tax documents yearly
- Check monthly accounts of a group of companies
- Deals with external parties (i.e. auditors and tax agents)
- Undertake ad-hoc functions, assignments and related duties or tasks as assigned by the Management
- Prepare monthly accounts
- Assist in the development, performance and maintenance of the financial activities of the organization
- Ensure all documentation is complete without error (AR, AP, Monthly closing)
- Monthly Closing – make sure all documents are completed from time to time
- Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the Finance department
- Assist in the review of reports, analyze projections of sales and income
