WAREHOUSE EXECUTIVE

Overview

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Logistic / Transportation, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent. Required language : English & Bahasa Melayu. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required. Preferably Executive specializing in Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities

• To assist Head of Department in improving operations in the warehouse department.
• Responsible for overall performance of the Warehouse (raw materials, packaging and finished goods).
• Ensure a smooth day-to-day flow of receiving, storing, retrieving and re-issuing regulated goods and resolve the problem accordingly.
• To ensure production acceptance of raw materials, packaging and finished goods are carried out in accordance with FIFO / LIFO procedures and standards.
• Efficient storage to achieve optimal use of space.
• Proper storage arrangement to ensure the safety of finished goods from damage and theft.
• To ensure appropriate and safe working environment and good warehouse maintenance.
• To ensure good housekeeping, process control, material storage and handling procedures are strictly adhered to.
• Encourage team spirit in the workplace among the subordinates and colleagues.
• Preparing reports on time updating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
