    • Responsibilities

  • To perform calculation material by using Excel and software.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills will be an advantage.
  • Plan and manage the factory / warehouse operations (communicate, site, checking, receipt, physical delivery, cycle count, packing, distribution and storage) to secure best outcome of warehouse processes in terms of service and quality.
  • Manage supply chain projects.
  • Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the delivery note and that the agreed quantity has been received.
  • Coordinate with Site for delivery arrangement and planning.
  • Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
  • Organise, maintain and manage inventory levels and stock controls.
  • Follow up on documentation of after-hours issues ensuring it is in accordance with established internal controls and procedures.
  • Report information and activities to superior as required.
  • Perform other duties assigned and directed by Management.

    • Qualification requirements

  • Candidate with a diploma or degree in Business Studies / Administration, Inventory Control / Warehouse Management, and Logistics / Transportation will be preferred.
  • 1 year previous warehouse experience preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Organizational, time management and mathematical skills.
  • Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and basic computer skills.
  • Good knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Word / Excel).
