The Role
We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Manager to drive sales, manage client relationships, and contribute to the development of our software solutions. As a startup hire, you will take clear commercial ownership while also being versatile in supporting wider business needs.
Requirements
- Industry knowledge in data centers, oil & gas, manufacturing, or utilities.
- Strong sales experience in industrial software, safety solutions, electrical or BMS systems.
- HSE background also considered.
- Proactive, adaptable, and motivated to grow in a startup environment.
