Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy and Implementation :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage.
  • Lead the implementation of new technology solutions, including IoT infrastructure, mobile applications, web applications, and central payment systems.

IT Infrastructure Management :

  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of all software and hardware systems.
  • Ensure seamless operation of systems such as washer / dryer software setups and other operational technologies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues, providing timely resolutions.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Work closely with operations, marketing, and other departments to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Plan, research, and implement technology solutions that streamline processes and enhance stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and training of staff on new systems and technologies.

    • Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Ensure that technology implementations deliver tangible value to stakeholders and users.
  • Provide guidance and support to maximize the benefits of new technologies.
  • Gather feedback to continuously improve technology solutions.

    • Project Management :

  • Lead technology projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
  • Communicate project status and results to senior management.

    • Innovation and Continuous Improvement :

  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging new ideas and approaches.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing systems and processes.
