WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prepare quotations and issue sales policy cover notes for partners efficiently.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of customer orders, addressing any issues promptly to maintain correct and updated information.
• Build in-depth knowledge of our insurance products to provide personalised recommendations that align with customers' needs and preferences.
• Process customer transactions and issue policies using the appropriate portals.
• Efficiency, accuracy and speed in generating quotations are crucial for maintaining high performance and meeting client expectations.
