We're expanding our team of Mortgage Consultants to support the growing demand and provide top-tier home financing solutions. This full-time role is based in Subang Jaya and is responsible for providing high-quality mortgage and sales advisory services to our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive leads from our sales and marketing teams and proactively contact potential customers through phone calls and text messaging to introduce our financial advisory services.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their financial requirements and educate them about the benefits of our loan application assistance.
- Provide personalized recommendations to customers, highlighting the most suitable loan options based on their financial circumstances.
- Guide customers through the loan application process, assisting them in completing necessary forms and gathering required documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, including revenue goals, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Participate in regular sales training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and sales techniques.

Experience : Previous experience in a sales-oriented role, particularly within the real estate industry, is preferred.Education : Candidates with SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.Licensing : A valid real estate license is an added advantage.Negotiation : Excellent negotiation skills are crucial for closing deals effectively and advocating for a client\'s best interests.Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients, presenting properties, and drafting contracts.Interpersonal skills : Able to build and nurture long-term client relationships is a key indicator of success.Time management : Must be organized and able to manage multiple properties and clients simultaneously to meet deadlines.Problem-solving : The capacity to handle objections and find mutually agreeable solutions is vital for overcoming challenges.Technology proficiency : Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, online listing services, and other digital marketing tools is now a necessity.Monthly salary is RM2,500 to RM3,000. Commission is up to RM6,000 to over RM10,000, depending on successful property sales closures. Working hours is flexible - 5.5 days a week. Casual dress code. Regular team activities. Company trips.
