Job Description

Responsible for ensuring 100% uptime across NEXTDC’s data centres in Asia, this role leads facility teams to maintain grey-space to high standards and provision white-space to meet customer needs. The role drives operational excellence aligned with UTI Uptime Operational Sustainability Gold standards and champions continuous improvement to deliver industry-leading performance and service.

What you’ll do : People Management

• Lead by example and promote NEXTDC values and a high-performance culture.
• Manage in-house and outsourced facility teams, ensuring appropriate resourcing across the portfolio.
• Provide coaching, on-the-job training, and performance development aligned with company competency frameworks.
• Represent NEXTDC professionally at internal and external events.
• Manage third-party providers to ensure high-quality performance.
