The
Partner Success Lead role is
responsible for managing a team to support the client's strategic objective of accelerating the closure of qualified cloud solution opportunities.
Working with Denave for a Global Cloud Solution Provider, the Lead ensures all opportunities generated by the Denave tele team are transitioned seamlessly to the most suitable partners and are overseen until closure. This role is accountable for pipeline health, opportunity progression, and ensuring a consistent and positive customer and partner experience.
This role is focused exclusively on
opportunity acceleration and closure enablement
—it does
not
include direct customer or partner sales engagements, partner enablement, or technical support functions.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Management
Own and manage qualified opportunities post-handoff from the tele-engine until closure.Ensure timely progression of deals across all sales stages.Track and report on pipeline metrics such as coverage, attainment, and deal status.Partner Coordination
Match customer opportunities with the most appropriate partners.Support partners with incentives, program offerings, and deal acceleration tools.Collaborate with Partner Sales Specialists (PSS) and other stakeholders to drive deal momentum.Proactively resolve partner escalations.Review and qualify inbound partner referrals and ensure accurate CRM logging.Program Utilization
Extend client and partner-led programs and offers to customers.Ensure proper nomination and eligibility of opportunities for various programs.Optimize program usage to maximize deal impact.Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of cloud partner ecosystems and sales motions.Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.Analytical and detail-oriented with a focus on pipeline tracking and reporting.Experience in cloud and AI platform deals is a strong plus.
