Role purpose : The Client Operations Officer is responsible for preparing and processing Fund Distribution Services transactions according to defined procedures, while meeting client service level agreements and team KPIs / KQIs. The role focuses on accuracy and timeliness of data sent to Fund Managers and involves collaboration with other teams within the Shareholder Services department and the broader organization. The Officer will assist the Supervisor to lead the team and serve as the point of contact in the supervisor’s absence to ensure complete shift coverage.
