Job description :
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phone calls
- Preparing examination rooms
- Sterilizing equipment
- Measuring and recording vital signs
- Documenting patient information
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and insurance billing
- Assist Doctor
- Evaluating patient health needs, monitoring for changes, and recording observations.
- Ensuring that the patient area is clean, safe, and equipped with necessary supplies.
- Providing emotional support and understanding to patients and their families.
