Job Responsibilities
- Translate data insights into actionable growth strategies that align with company objectives, market trends, and user needs.
- Identify new growth opportunities and user segments to increase customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Lead the design, prioritization, and execution of key growth initiatives.
- Support quarterly and monthly growth planning with clear KPIs and execution roadmaps.
Data-Driven Growth Analysis
Work closely with the analytics team to uncover user behaviour, conversion gaps, and growth drivers.Maintain a strong understanding of growth indicators and user performance trends to guide decision-making.Build business cases and financial models to assess and prioritize growth opportunities.Cross-Functional Leadership
Act as a strategic partner to management team and business units on growth priorities.Co-lead cross-functional taskforces on priority initiatives (e.g., segment growth, product funnel optimisation, traffic optimisation).Align teams on shared goals, timelines, resources, and success measures, ensuring clarity in ownership, execution, and measurement.Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA is a plus.At least 3-4 years of experience in strategy development / user growth or related roles, in tech company or startup environment.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.Solid analytical background; comfortable working with data, dashboards, and financial models.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.Our Perks and Benefits
