IT Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide end user support and maintain data and system security with minimum downtime
• Liaise with system vendors, suppliers, distributors and procurement of hardware and software to suit business needs
• Perform system updates, maintenance, backup & housekeeping
• Set-up Desktop PCs & Laptops, provide technical support for end users
• Management and maintenance of internet link and network devices including firewalls to ensure optimal network performance and minimum downtime
• Keep track of IT assets movement
• Assist in the implementation of IT projects, perform any IT related administrative and reporting tasks where applicable
• Keep track of Software licenses
• CCTV & Door Access maintenance & support
• Responsible for Food Safety System implementation ( e.g HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS, HALAL)
• Perform any other duties as assigned
