Job Responsibilities :

1. Participation in New Product Development : Involved in quality inspection and review during the development process of new products.

2. Production Process Inspections : Conduct inspections strictly following inspection standards, drawings, and production orders during manufacturing process. Ensure proper labelling and maintain accurate records of inspection results.

3. First Article Inspection : Perform first article inspections in compliance with inspection standards, ensuring proper labelling and documentation. Conduct patrol inspections during the process as per standards and complete patrol inspection records.

4. Handling Quality Abnormalities : Confirm and document material and semi-finished product quality abnormalities during production. Issue quality anomaly reports as required. Verify production daily return orders, track and confirm progress, and update results in the system.

5. Semi-Finished and Idle Material Management : Confirm and assist in handling semi0finished and idle materials when they occur.

6. Quality Abnormality Documentation : Verify and input quality abnormality records issued during daily production into the system. Audit the QC daily report.

7. Corrective and Preventive Actions : Follow up on corrective and preventive action plans and update the system accordingly.

8. Order Quality Issues : Summarize and report quality issues for completed orders. Track and confirm improvement results.

9. Monthly Quality Summary : Assist in summarizing quality abnormalities from the previous month on the 1st of each month. Help develop quality improvement measures and track the implementation of corrective actions.

10. Instrument Usage : Use measuring instruments strictly according to operational requirements.

11. 5S Management : Maintain cleanliness and order in inspection areas in accordance with 5S management standards.

12. Meeting and Reporting : Attend departmental morning meetings and weekly summary meetings on time. Report issues encountered in the previous shift or week and propose improvement measures.

13. Training Participation : Actively participate in relevant business knowledge training.

Ad Hoc Tasks : Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors in a timely manner. Act as a substitute for related positions during absences.

Job Type : Permanent

Pay : RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
