About the Role
As a Concierge Assistant , you will be providing personalized guest assistance to ensure every guest enjoys convenience and comfort throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a positive first and last impression by welcoming and assisting guests.
- Provide accurate information and arrange services e.g. local tours, dining experience and transportation upon requests.
- Assist guests with vehicles and luggage handling, ensuring timely delivery and collection.
- Maintain proper records for all guest deliveries and requests.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
