Position

Real‑time Interpreters (English to Mandarin or Cantonese) supporting calls across critical industries such as healthcare, law, banking, insurance, and emergency services.

Location & Schedule

Remote – serving clients in Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Indonesia, Cambodia, Vietnam, and the Philippines. Full‑time, work‑from‑home. Night shift.

Salaries & Benefits

  • Salary Range : RM4,800 – RM8,600 per month (30 RM per productive hour)
  • Monthly Incentives : up to RM3,000
  • EPF, SOCSO, and company medical coverage

Responsibilities

  • Provide real‑time interpretation for live calls, ensuring accurate and confidential communication.
  • Maintain professional communication and cultural sensitivity across all calls.
  • Adapt quickly to technical platforms and terminology specific to each industry.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous tasks and work efficiently under pressure.

    • Requirements

  • Fluency in English and either Mandarin or Cantonese.
  • No prior interpreter experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
