Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and organize shipping documents, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
- Perform accurate data entry for shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to track and coordinate shipments.
- Assist in scheduling pickups and deliveries to meet operational timelines.
- Prepare and share reports on logistics performance and inventory levels.
- Handle customer inquiries on shipment status and delivery issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and requirements.
- Support inventory tracking and reconciliation to maintain accuracy.
- Provide general administrative and office support to the logistics team.
Requirements :
Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.Willing to work at KLIAJob Type : Contract
