Policy Admin Executive (Employee Benefits)
- New client onboarding (incl. company setup, benefit setup, member data import, client logins, app access setup, card printing)
- Account maintenance, renewal, termination (incl. member data reconciliation, member data clean up, update or re-creation of benefit schemes)
- Query & Escalation management from insurers, client HRs, members
- Create benefit utilization adjustments for direct and insurer accounts
- Ad-hoc physical card printing
- UAT setup and testing for new business
- Data entry of medical chits submitted from clinics into the enrolment portal
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements :
Min. 2 years of working experienceExperience in working in a Policy Administration is preferredOrganized, meticulous, able to meet deadlines, able to work independently and in teams, fast learnerProficient in spoken and written EnglishProficient in Microsoft OfficeWe are part of HMI Ltd.
