About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic team at EC SECRETARY SDN BHD'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting support to ensure the smooth operation of our finance department. Based in our Centrepoint North Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur office, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and contributing to the overall financial health of the organisations.

What you'll be doing

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support as needed
• Comply with all relevant accounting policies, procedures, and regulations
