Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees (including full-time, contract, and part-time staff).
- Ensure timely payment of salaries, allowances, bonuses, and other claims.
- Maintain and update payroll records, employee information, and statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS, etc.).
- Handle payroll-related queries from staff in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare payroll reports for management and finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations (LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, etc.).
- Assist in yearly EA form generation and income tax submission.
- Support HR with staff movement updates (new joiners, resignations, promotions, etc.).
- Liaise with auditors and government bodies when necessary.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing (experience with Malaysian payroll is essential).Familiar with payroll systems (e.g. SQL Payroll, AutoCount, or similar).Strong understanding of Malaysian statutory regulations (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, etc.).High level of integrity and confidentiality.Good communication and problem-solving skills.Proficient in MS Excel and office tools.How to Apply
