- ## Overview : The Senior Executive, SR Service Request is responsible for the accurate and timely review, maintenance, and approval of service requests submitted by business banking customers through their business online banking profiles, ensuring productive handling.This role reports to the Manager - Group Operations (Alternative Channels - Service Request).Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities : Functional

- Review service request forms to ensure they are filled and signed according to standards set by the organization
- Process (review, maintain and approve) service requests according to standards set by the organization and within stipulated time frame.
- Proactively ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the agreed time frame by effective communications and collaborations with customers, managers, team members, and all other staff within the organization.
- Comply with rules, regulations and standards set by the organization and its governing bodies.Jobholder Requirements
- Malaysian citizen.Education / Qualification
- Degree / Diploma in any discipline.Experience / Requirements
- 2 years and above work experience in customer service operations / banking / finance / accounting positions.
- Proficient in basic MS Office functions.
- Working proficiency in business communication especially via email.
