Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 6 years of experience in data engineering / ETL development. Proven experience as a data developer in banking, finance, or asset servicing domains. Strong expertise in ETL tools (Talend Big Data). Hands-on experience with Apache Spark (PySpark or Scala). Proficiency in SQL including performance tuning and optimization. Good understanding of relational and columnar databases. Familiarity with Data Lake architectures and distributed data processing concepts. Exposure to Kafka, StreamSets, Snowflake. Knowledge of replication tools (e.g., Attunity). Experience with massive data storage frameworks (e.g., Vertica, Snowflake). Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Expert with strong experience in ETL tools and big data technologies. The role involves designing, developing, and optimizing data pipelines to ensure reliable, efficient, and secure data flow across systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain ETL transformation rules using Talend Big Data.
- Design, implement, and optimize data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve data integration issues ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineers, analysts, and stakeholders from Malaysia and international teams) to resolve issues and deliver solutions.
- Monitor and ensure data quality, performance, and compliance with security and industry standards.
- Document ETL processes, workflows, and transformation rules for operational efficiency.
