Responsibilities
We're seeking highly motivated and experienced Contract Manufacturing Program Lead, you'll work closely with internal and external partners to drive operation excellence.
Conduct comprehensive reviews of CM operational deliverables, proactively identifying and driving resolution of any performance gaps to ensure timely recovery and consistent output.
Establish and maintain rigorous documentation management for all outsourced manufacturing processes, version control, and seamless accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
Monitor key manufacturing metrics and performance indicators, employing technical analysis to pinpoint and address issues that impede delivery.
Act as the primary technical liaison between internal engineering, and supply chain teams and CMs, facilitating clear communication regarding process improvements and resolving engineering‑related delivery constraints.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives at CM sites, leveraging technical expertise to enhance manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and cost‑effectiveness.
Perform in‑depth technical analyses of manufacturing costs, identifying and implementing opportunities for cost reduction through process optimization and improved manufacturing methodologies.
