Penerangan pekerjaanFoster strong client relationships and develop understanding of the client’s business. Proactively engage senior marketing clients and act as a trusted advisor; assist with engagement of MD with key senior clients. Provide strategic input and lead delivery of strategic and innovative solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of media and market trends and apply them to the client’s business; develop and deliver strategic initiatives. Foster relationships with working partners to deliver integrated solutions; partner with SU leads to diversify the client portfolio. Ensure delivery across all functions meets standards. Lead in contract negotiations, market reviews, cost-saving exercises, and client business reviews. Lead and motivate the team to meet client needs and company goals. Conduct timely team appraisals with clear development goals; arrange training and career development. Coach the team to improve skills and capabilities. Support MD in recruitment and retention of direct reports and manage HR / admin requirements. Support Partner in managing key client revenue and profitability versus costs. Lead client DNA planning with client reviews and development strategies to support business plans; diversify portfolio revenues. Support new business development by leading or supporting pitches. Enhance the agency’s market visibility through industry events, portfolio publicity, and award entries. More than 8 years’ experience as the senior contact on key accounts focusing on media plans and tactics. Strong knowledge of the digital landscape and ability to advise on digital planning. Experience across research, planning, and implementation; deep understanding of communications strategy and how media and digital work together. Clear understanding of clients’ business, competitors, customers, and objectives and how to incorporate these into the strategy. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Understanding of trading issues and their impact on media strategies. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with solid selling skills. Ability to interpret numbers and data and build rapport with colleagues across divisions. Role Summary and Impact
This role reports to Client Lead. In this role, your goals will be defined as follows :
- In Three Months : Grasp the client portfolio operationally and ensure day-to-day client servicing needs are met; demonstrate to direct reports how to guide and add value to their work.
- In Six Months : Foster strong client relationships, understand the client’s key business requirements, and guide the team to improve strategic thinking, digital, data, and content knowledge.
- In 12 Months : Develop and diversify clients, translate opportunities into revenue, and participate in new business pitches.
