Job Title : Customer Service Representative (Malay & English Speaker)

Contract Duration : 2 Months (with potential for long-term contract based on performance)

Joining Date : 1st September 2025

Location : Menara Bangkok Bank, Kuala Lumpur

Job Overview :

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in Malay and English to join our team on a 2-month contract basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience, with the possibility of extension to a long-term contract depending on performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service level targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements :

  • Proficiency in both Malay and English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; Diploma is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle customer concerns with patience.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, and data entry).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Working Hours & Benefits :

  • Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
  • Monthly Salary : RM2,490
  • Potential conversion to a long-term contract based on performance.
