Civil Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow through maintenance works with civil technicians
• Prepare maintenance planning and manage resources to ensure smooth building operations.
• Attending meeting with clients and end user to update on maintenance work issues.
• Monthly report preparation for submission and verification to end user.
• Ensuring stock pile for adhoc or in-house rectification works at all times.
• Liasing with contractor and vendors for rectification or enhancement works as and when required.
• Other task as assigned by asset manager.
