Penerangan pekerjaanResponsible for full set of accounts Accounts receivable posting and customer credit management Perform month-end and year-end closing on time Timely preparation of monthly management reporting, variance analysis, cash flow forecast and bank reconciliation Year-end audit preparation and liaise with auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities Maintain accurate and effective filling system Implement internal controls and process improvements with accounting policies and operational processes Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory reporting and local authorities Timely processing of payroll and claims Manage office maintenance and responsible for office administrative tasks Assist daily operational duties and perform ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time Possess at least LCCI certification, Diploma or Degree in Accounting Minimum 10 years of experience in handling full set of accounts Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and any accounting software Working knowledge of statutory requirements, transfer pricing, tax computation and SST Effective communication skills Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy Good planning and organizing skills Deadline-driven and ability to work under pressure Strong sense of responsibility and commitment Able to work independently Discretion, good attitude, good interpersonal skills and a team-player
