We're seeking an enthusiastic Travel Sales Executive (Basic + High commission) who loves helping people explore the world. In this role, you'll promote and arrange travel solutions for both individual and corporate clients — creating unforgettable experiences while building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Recommend and sell travel packages tailored to clients' needs via chat and inquiries
- Provide detailed itineraries, destination insights, and travel advice
- Manage sales transactions, payments, and pre-departure briefings
- Handle admin tasks and client follow-ups to ensure excellent service
- Attend travel fairs, expos, and promotional events
- Stay updated on travel trends and new destinations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
What We're Looking For
Computer literate and comfortable with digital toolsPrior travel, sales, or customer service experience is an advantageCross-border e-commerce experience is a plus (but not a must)Strong sales drive, customer-first mindset, and excellent communication skillsPositive attitude, eager to learn, and motivated by resultsProficiency in English & Mandarin (to serve Mandarin-speaking clients)Fast learner, Fresh graduate are welcome Training will be providedAble to work shifts : 9am–6pm / 12pm–9pm, 5 days per week
