Duties and Responsibilities : Generate leads through various methods and tools : Utilize lead generation techniques such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Get in touch with the lead contact and secure a deal. Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential leads and opportunities for sales conversion. 2. Prepare detailed sales proposals and presentations : Create compelling proposals that addresses client needs. Use presentations to effectively communicate product or service value. 3. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals : Guide clients through the step-by-step sales process, addressing their questions and concerns. Close deals by negotiating terms and finalizing contracts. 4. Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential clients : Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients. Address and follow up client inquiries and resolve issues promptly. 5. Ensure receiving documentation from clients : Collaborate with clients to gather all necessary documentation and recording in the system. Verify that all required documents are accurately completed and submitted. Work with Sales Coordinator to make sure all the official documents are in place for the client. 6. Collect payments on time and properly : Clearly communicate payment terms and expectations to clients. Follow up with clients to ensure payments are made in accordance with agreed-upon terms.
