Technical Writer - Engineering

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

The Technical Author will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining comprehensive documentation for our products, services, and internal processes. This role requires a keen understanding of technology, the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and concise information. The ideal candidate is self-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about writing and technology.

• Documentation Development : Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is tailored for its intended audience, including user manuals, installation guides, service manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
• Content Editing : Review, revise, and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy. Use Schema ST4 to organize and update technical content (fragments, tables, graphical images), along with preparing files for translation and managing translation process
• Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, R&D, engineers, service, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand the technical aspects of our products and services.
• Content Management : Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect new product releases, updates, and changes.
• Standards & Guidelines : Develop and adhere to standardized templates, style guides, and content management practices to ensure uniformity and quality across all documentation.
• Ensure all technical documentation adheres to company standards and regulatory requirements.
