Assist the Housekeeping Manager / Assistant Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping department, ensuring all policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual are strictly followed.
Qualifications
Ideally hold a relevant Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping operations.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A genuine desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
