KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To prepare end to end test campaign set up, fees and DB set up
  • Perform Form checking
  • Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.
  • Manage and update databases accurately
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure work process are smooth.
  • To identify gap in process flow, workflow, documentation and policies.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Able to spot trending and highlight issues immediately to line manager.
  • To ensure all reports are completed for the day to prevent back log processing.
  • Ensuring the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of the operations functions so that it meets the standards of quality expected for reporting, administration and data management.
  • Provide operational support to stakeholders effectively.
  • Monitor ongoing operational projects and attend related meetings.
  • Proactively follow up and response to stakeholders in emails and Microsoft Team.
  • Accesses the company's internal systems to obtain and extract information for various scheduled and ad-hoc reports for operational needs.
  • Provides back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and interpretive)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to transform data into information in a report format
  • Proficient in MS word, excel, power point and outlook
  • Familiar with MS excel functions like pivot table, vlook up and basic formulas
  • To achieve KPIs set by the management
  • KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Strong functional use of Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Good command in English both written and spoken.
