to join our Priority Banking division. About the Role : As a Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing long-term customer relationships with HLB Priority Banking clients. You will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and deepening relationships within a portfolio of Priority Banking customers. Your expertise in financial advisory and wealth products will be critical to the success of the business. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities : Act as a strategic consultative advisor, developing in-depth customer relationships and generating revenue to meet business goals. Actively acquire and prospect new Priority Banking customers, expanding the customer base through referrals and internal leads. Consistently contribute to the bottom-line of Priority Banking by achieving personal and team profit and growth targets. Collaborate with Product Owners, Investment Consultants, and specialist teams to provide proactive and personalized financial services. Up-sell and cross-sell suitable HLB products based on customer needs and financial goals, and provide timely market information updates and trend analysis. Ensure all sales and service activities comply with the bank\'s risk and compliance parameters. Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience of HLB Priority Banking. Support the Area Manager in promoting and developing market presence to achieve individual and overall Priority Banking Center targets. Jobholder Requirements : Education / Qualification :
Minimum Diploma or Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Banking, Investment, Finance, or a related field. A CFP qualification is an advantage. Executive :
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a financial institution. Assistant Manager / Manager :
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a financial institution. Experience / Requirements : Special Skills :
Sound financial knowledge, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, highly motivated and result-driven, team player, and able to work independently. Certification / Licensing :
Must meet and comply with BNM Fit and Proper criteria, and possess valid licenses such as IPPC, FIMM, PCE, CEILLI, TBE, etc. What’s next?
