Role Summary :

The Team Member will support the Team Head in the end-to-end process of project advisory within the Debt Markets division. This includes pitching, marketing, structuring, implementation, and execution of advisory mandates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in preparing proposals to secure project advisory mandates.
• Conduct financial analysis of projects, including the development and review of financial models.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for various stakeholders including Boards of Directors, Government agencies, and other relevant parties.
• Support the structuring of debt and equity components of projects and assist in procuring necessary funding.
• Contribute to internal reporting, documentation, and processing tasks to ensure smooth team operations.
