Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries through email and chat.
  • Provide technical and product support while identifying sales opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot product issues and ensure first-call resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and use CRM systems effectively.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above; C1 level preferred) and English (Min B1 level).
  • Minimum 6 months’ customer service experience; fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
  • Tech-savvy with good multitasking and communication skills.
  • Sales-driven with the ability to build rapport and handle customer needs effectively.
  • Willing to work rotational shift, in Georgetown, Penang.
