We're thrilled to announce the opening for Account Manager (Off-Trade), reporting to the Senior Sales Manager. As the Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving business objectives and the agreed sales budget for your specific outlets, directly contributing to the company's strategic goals. You will be responsible for partnering with our outlet owners to implement channel strategies, plan to fulfil and achieve specific distribution, sales, and promotional plans for various brands in assigned outlet universe.

Job Responsibilities

How you will contribute…

  • Serve as main point of contact in all matters to customers concerns and needs.
  • Build and strengthen customer relationship.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, keep track of any contract updates and renewal and update customers with contract on their achievement status.
  • Ensure optimal distribution of our iconic Brands in assigned outlet.
  • Maximize brand presence of key products through effective merchandising efforts at trade level.
  • Proactively identifying potential outlets, negotiate and implement promotion action in line with agreed standards.
  • Staying attuned to industry trends and competitors to furnish valuable insights to sales management.
  • Fulfill sales related target set by sales management
  • Provide timely and accurate information for the updating of Aspire.
  • Full engagement with Salesforce and QLIK in tracking and reporting of Aspire Adoption KPI’s (customer segmentation, collage, surveys, meeting notes, activations, etc.)

Profile

  • Experience in sales, account management, or other related areas.
  • Proven experience in off-trade sales, with a focus on Chinese Independent Retailers and Large Provision stores.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Effective, agile, hungry to develop the business and engage with customers.
  • Inspiring, customer-focused, entrepreneurial, innovative.
  • Strong emphasis on compliance, integrity, and social sustainability.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Thorough Wine / Spirit product knowledge is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in Mandarin or any Chinese dialects.
