Sales Engineer
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join a global leader in fastening and assembly solutions with a strong presence across Asia. This position blends technical acumen with strategic business development, promoting innovative fastening solutions and customized value‑add services.
What You Will Do
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts to drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Identify, map, and prioritize new business opportunities within target industries.
- Build and strengthen relationships with design engineers, sourcing teams, and decision‑makers at OEMs, EMS, and system integrators.
- Understand technical requirements and provide tailored fastening or assembly solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering and R&D teams to propose or customize solutions that meet design and regulatory standards.
