Job Responsibilities

Ensure the operation process going smooth.

Responsibilities on documentation related to GMP, Audit, ISO, HALAL, JKKP

Preparing the output plan and forecast.

Enhance quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization

Execute production runs and purchasing on time, manage critical deadlines with excellence.

Oversee day-to-day operation including issuing purchase orders, managing production files, working with budgets and maintaining quality standards.

Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations.

Prepare and maintain daily production reports.

Lead corrective action and problem solving activities and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Defines goal, improve technologies, and resolve problems in conjunction with managers across the organization.

Develop and maintain the equipment in a safe and reliable manner with a focus on long term reliability and efficiency.
