Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in a related field. Experience in sales / telemarketing / customer service is an advantage. Pleasant personality, friendly & confident in customer interactions. Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills. Highly motivated, hardworking & able to work with targets. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided). Unlimited commission (based on sales performance) Performance Bonus Professional training provided Monday – Friday Weekend jobs (if required for events / appointments) What is your expected monthly salary? Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers through calls and chats
- Provide clear product / service presentations to prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Manage the sales process from start to closing.
- Achieve the assigned sales targets (sales KPI).
- Consistently follow up with prospects & leads.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports & share market feedback with management.
