Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers through calls and chats
- Provide clear product / service presentations to prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Manage the sales process from start to closing.
- Achieve the assigned sales targets (sales KPI).
- Consistently follow up with prospects & leads.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports & share market feedback with management.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in a related field.Experience in sales / telemarketing / customer service is an advantage.Pleasant personality, friendly & confident in customer interactions.Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills.Highly motivated, hardworking & able to work with targets.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).Benefits
