Penerangan pekerjaanSPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification. Degree holder will be added advantage. Minimum 3 years of working experience in a chemical plant. Possess strong supervisory skill and good team player. Possess good self-discipline and working attitude with high adaptability to changes. Good communication and interpersonal skills; and able to work with different departments. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities
- To check daily production line performance and prepare timely production report.
- To check and monitor process control parameter.
- To arrange and assign work task to workers.
- To monitor work done by workers in accordance to established process flows, WI, SOP, rules and regulations.
- To ensure the workers follow all the safety measures and perform their tasks safely.
- To report on any plant & machinery break down and attend to minor maintenance.
- To check and ensure good housekeeping is maintained at all times.
- To provide guidance and on the job training to workers.
