Overview

Job Title : Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer

Project Type : Data Center Construction

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HSE Officer to oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental programs on a data center construction project in Cyberjaya. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with statutory requirements and promote a strong safety culture across all site activities.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce project-specific HSE policies, plans, and procedures .
• Conduct daily site inspections , audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Ensure full compliance with Malaysian safety and environmental regulations (DOSH, DOE, etc.).
• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training for site personnel and subcontractors.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses , ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate HSE records, documentation, and reports for project management review.
• Collaborate with the project team and contractors to maintain a safe working environment.
• Support continuous improvement in safety performance and awareness across all site operations.
