Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and preparing offer letters.
- Source and attract candidates through different platforms.
- Conduct onboarding procedures for new employee, including documentations, workstation setup, work kit preparation, and onboarding session.
HR Operations & Administration
Prepare HR letters such as employment contract, confirmation, increment, promotion, warning, termination, etc.Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documents (digital & physical).Coordinate office administrative support, such as stationery, uniform, and ID cards.Prepare HR reports for management.Payroll
Process monthly payroll and claim reimbursement.Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in payroll-related data.Handle income tax forms.Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the main point of contact for all HR-related queries and employee matters.Organize employee engagement activities, team-building, celebrations, and etc.Performance Management & Training
Coordinate the performance review and appraisal process.Track probation confirmation and performance review timelines.Plan and coordinate in-house or external training programs, and maintain training records.Maintain records for HRDF claims and training grants.HR Policy and Compliance
