About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead and grow the sales and presales teams in Malaysia. This is a senior leadership role that requires both strategic and hands-on capabilities to drive revenue growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand market presence. This role requires interested individuals to have existing cybersecurity solutions experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales and presales teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies, targeting enterprise and government clients.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and solution positioning to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision makers.
- Work closely with presales and technical teams to design tailored cybersecurity solutions.
- Oversee accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.
- Collaborate with regional leadership on market expansion and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience in the cybersecurity industry .Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams.Strong experience selling cybersecurity solutions to enterprise and / or government sectors.Established network of C-level and senior IT / security decision makers in Malaysia.Strong business acumen with ability to manage P&L and deliver sustainable growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Why Join?
